Hello. My name is Maria Julia. Born in Austria and now living in Portugal, I share my life with the most wonderful man, Indra. Together, we create simple, delicious plant-based food recipes and follow our vision of an Earth in Oneness. This blog is my way of sharing my love and passion for the most loving food preparation possible and helping others embrace a plant-based lifestyle. My journey to abandon animal products stems from my spiritual growth. As I am evolving into my pure, loving Self, I feel every injustice as if it were being inflicted on me. For me, giving up animal products also means leaving the frequency of animalism behind me. My diverse living experiences - from yurts and caravans to mountain houses - have enriched my culinary adaptability and inspired me to create recipes for various kitchen setups and needs.
