Almond pulp crackers (almond milk making leftover recipe)

These crackers are made from the leftovers from almond milk blending (the pulp). They are super easy to prepare and very nice! Enjoy them with a spread of your choice or just like this in between meals as a snack.

Here one idea of what you can prepare with almond milk pulp leftover.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond pulp leftover from milk making with aprox. 150 g almonds
- 1 tbsp lineseeds or sesame seeds
- ca. 1/2 tsp salt
- some whole flour
Instructions
- Combine the almond pulp with some whole flour, the seeds and 1/2 tsp salt until it makes a compact dough.
- Preheat your oven to 180℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Roll the dough out thinly on baking paper. Cut the dough in squares and bake until crispy (10-20 mins; it browns fast! Check regularily!)
