Best Vegan Chocolate Spread (Nutella)
When it is pancake Sunday in our house, Nutella is the first to sit at the table! So to abandon this has been quite a challenge. However, I personally have found the original Nutella always too sweet, so, still vegetarian, I felt lucky to find other brands making much less sweet but nuttier Nutella-like spreads. Already sensing that I eventually would go vegan, I slowly but surely found my personal homemade vegan Nutella recipe that works for me. A simple recipe that I could make while camping, hence without the use of a machine. Voilà – let me share this recipe today with you!
Indulge in a luscious, homemade vegan Nutella that combines the rich, intense flavor of chocolate (cocoa powder) with the delightful undertones of creamy peanut butter. Whether you’re spreading it on Our Holy Quinta Bread, my Vegan Rozijnenbrood, drizzling it over pancakes, or enjoying it by the spoonful, this decadent treat is sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings with its exquisite balance of deep chocolate richness and nutty peanut goodness.
Enjoy!
